Pizzeria San Remo in Schmelz

Hi there! After a long time I made up my mind to order something. I was looking forward to a delicious lasagna. Unfortunately, I had to look for the minced meat. Unfortunately not bechamel sauce. There was plenty of that (too much). The price / performance ratio is not right. For a couple of lasagna platters and some cheese. The driver was nice and the food warm. I won't have any more food delivered to me (in general). Is wasted money and annoying when you are happy and ...... I'm sorry, but this is the only way to make someone think and maybe change.

I think the pizzas are awesome now.

Have ordered 2 pizzas via delivery service. Both were not through and cold. Called directly and complained. Boss not even get on the phone. There were just 4 small slices of ham on the Pizza Parma. They forgot the additional garlic ordered on the pizza. But 1 euro is charged additionally. For 13 euros, that's outrageous. Just a catastrophe since the renovation. Will not order anything here or eat in the restaurant.

I liked it very much here. I didn't like the fact that the waiter kept refilling the water without asking.

Ordered pizza via delivery service there. All pizzas were ordered in the same size, but they were very different. In addition, the pizzas were not baked properly. Since something like this can happen, even after the concept has been changed, I wanted to convey my opinion to the owners. I called there immediately, but my criticism was not addressed. I was more likely to be declared crazy as a customer. And that would always be great with you. Doesn't accept criticism from customers and is unfriendly. Therefore no more orders from San Remo.

The conversion was successful. Very nice ambience. The new pizza wood oven is the attraction. Super fresh, delicious food. The Grandinetti family is a great host. Worth a recommendation and a repeat.

Very good atmosphere, a real Italian, not like most of the supposed pizzeria in our area! The food is always of excellent quality. We have been going there regularly for over 20 years and have never been disappointed! P.S since February 2020 there is a new pizza wood oven and super delicious pizza! The size of 40cm is now reasonable ;-). Salads / pasta / meat always perfect! If you want quality, you have to pay an extra euro, and that's something you like to do here! The owners and waitresses are always courteous and very friendly!

I can not understand some negative comments, because I think it is a restaurant that is stylish and cozy at the same time. The staff is friendly and service-oriented. The food tasted very good to me, the price-performance ratio was absolutely right and I would love to come back.

Price-performance ratio moderate but not good and for this price you get cold food, stale food or a completely wrong delivery and this is unfortunately not an isolated case very unsatisfied from now on the competitors are preferred. Wouldn't even have earned a star. And the senior chef is very rude, arrogant and sometimes insulting.

Very nice good atmosphere but especially huge homemade dishes

You can usually eat quite well here, even if the price is moderate but certainly not good. From time to time, however, dishes are delivered that are under all sow. Sometimes you get food that tastes as if the ingredients have already expired .... Unfortunately, this was not an isolated case but occurs every now and then. Delivered guests can also complain and shouldn't get the last crap to eat! We will soon prefer our competitors.

Price-performance ratio absolutely below average. For a rather expensive pizzeria, the food was really not good, it consisted of finished products and too much salt. Waiters were friendly but didn't ask if it was tasty either ...
